Wait, what's GCES?
Short answer: We're Concordia University's community for entrepreneurial-minded Engineering students!
Long answer: Our mission is to provide resources, connections, and opportunities to students interested in starting and growing their own ventures. We also cater to anyone trying to elevate their soft-skills for work meetings, team projects and anytime you may need to convey your ideas as an engineer. We host events, workshops, guest speakers, and networking opportunities that foster creativity, collaboration, and the entrepreneurial spirit.

Host UpStart
Up-What? It's an entrepreneurship competition where over 100 participants come up with ideas, create prototypes, build business plans and pitch them to a panel of experienced judges. Join the team that organizes this Shark Tank inspired competition for a weekend of fun and CLOUT! Find out more

Connect with like-minded individuals and expand your professional network. Plus, if you join the sponsorship team, you'll have the chance to work closely with sponsors, helping to build relationships and secure funding for our amazing events and initiatives.
